Fresh Perspective with Constructive Breaks. Unlike many of the mainstream wedding photographers who does so many projects in an year that their work starts looking boring and repetitive, we are very selective about the projects we choose to do in an year. We make it a point to have constructive breaks between these shoots to come up with new and creative ideas, follow latest wedding trends, constantly upgrade our skills for the better, and derive inspiration from the work of great photographers all around the world. This keeps us very fresh and excited about all our upcoming shoots.
Homework and Comfort Level. Before we head out for a shoot, a lot of preparation goes into it. These may be understanding the specific customs and rituals of our client, getting introduced to the key family members and friends, and most importantly, developing good rapport with the bride and groom to give them a comfort level. We come as a photographer and leave as a friend. This helps our client to be at ease all the time, especially when they are being photographed.
Flexibility. We are very flexible about the timings and never mind working couple of hours extra or covering an additional small event just to ensure complete coverage of the event. We always reach the venue well in advance and never leave before the event is complete. We also understand that unlike a studio setting, wedding is more like a chaos situation where not everything (lighting, decoration, photo bombing) may be perfect. That is why we always prepare for the worst and still get the best out of any situation.

- inordinate delay in providing the deliverables (to the extent of 4-5 months in some cases);
- no respect for client’s privacy, i.e., making photos public despite client’s request to take them down;
- taking full payment even before the deliverables are received by the client and not redressing their concerns after the payment;

Quick Turn Around Time: First of all we always stick to our deadlines for all deliverables and never promise or commit for something that we cannot deliver. Our turn around time for photographs is much speedier than many photographers (as fast as 16 days for premium category).
Respect for Privacy: Having worked on copyright laws, we know that the ownership of a commissioned work vests in one who pays for the services, not the photographer. Therefore, we never claim your photographs as ours or make any unauthorized use of them. We respect your privacy and always ensure that we get your specific approval before posting any photos on our web site or any other social media, like Facebook, Instagram, etc. Even when we get the approval, if a client ever requires us to take their photos down, we are committed to oblige such request within 48 hours of receipt of such communication.
Full payment only after successful receipt of the deliverables: We never take full payment before the successful receipt of the deliverables by the client. In fact, we wait for your general feedback or comments on the deliverables and request for the remaining payment only when you are satisfied with our services.
